There is no substitute for Hustle,Honesty or Experience.  Every Realtor will come off as "Nice" but when you are making the biggest purchase of your life I would suggest you look beyond the "Lipstick".  As an investor that has been playing this game for "profit" for over 40 years with over a hundred buys and sells for my self, friends and family I tend to have a pretty good grip on the process.  I have successfully  battled with many real estate situation over the years that enables me to keep you out of troubled waters and sniffing out good from the bad deals. 

Grew up one of seven kids on a farm in rural south eastern Johnson Creek, Wisconsin. Was very successful in wrestling,football, FFA, 4-H in high school and latter got a 4 year degree at UW - Platteville. Worked for 21st Century Genetics out of college and later went on to own and operate a Restaurant, Grocery Store, 13 Windshield Repair Franchises, Bp Convenience Store, Car Wash, Quick Lube, 2 Auto Repair Shops, Limo Bus Service, School,Dog Daycare, 30 Storage Rentals, Airbnb Rental, Farming and Investor in Flipping Homes, Licensed Broker in WIsconsin and Minnesota. Yes, I have literally done it all and currently have 3 kids and 5 grand kids that keep us busy.  Real Estate is my Retirement job that I will keep me out of trouble and allows me to help those who don't have the experience or don't want to have someone wasting their time.
